Job summary

TRP Infrastructure Services is seeking a Traffic Control Estimator to develop estimates, proposals, and project budgets. This role leverages field experience to support profitable project execution across our pavement marking and traffic control services.

Applicants should have at least 3 years in traffic control, including supervisory experience, and hold an ATSSA Supervisor certification. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software is required to coordinate with operations and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of traffic control experience including 1 year in the field and 2 years in supervisory roles.
• ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor certification required.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and bid proposals for traffic control projects.
• Review plans, specifications, and traffic control requirements.
• Calculate labor, equipment, and material costs.
• Coordinate with operations and field personnel.
• Track bid opportunities and maintain estimate records.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and estimating software.
• Support project handoff and startup activities.
• Communicate with customers regarding project scope and requirements.
• Analyze project profitability and cost trends.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
