Job summary

Helix Traffic Solutions is hiring for traffic control roles in the Fort Worth area. You will support safe work zones, operate basic tools, and help keep communities moving. Positions require reliability, safety awareness, and willingness to work variable shifts.

Candidates must pass pre-employment drug screening, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to travel as needed. We promote from within and offer growth through training and internal mobility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 80 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (8+/- hours).
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time (8+/- hours).
• Must be able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work nights and/or weekends as requested.
• Must be able to travel out of town as needed (infrequently), provided ample notice (48 hours) is given.
• Must have fine motor skills and hand dexterity (i.e., tightening nuts and bolts, using hand tools, filling out paperwork).
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screenings.
• Must exhibit good judgment in the field including safe work practices around live traffic and adhere to the company policies and procedures at all times.

• Support team with setup and breakdown of traffic control zones.

• Must be able to follow other duties as assigned by management or trainers
