Lineage Logistics in Hazle Village, PA seeks a Traffic Clerk to plan and direct a traffic team, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate shipping/receiving documentation.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The schedule is rotating (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) with weekend coverage as needed, and pay is $19–$21 per hour plus a $1 shift differential, with benefits after 30 days.

Pay Range

$19-21/hour + $1.00 Shift differential/hr

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of a Traffic Clerk team
• Ensure the team is providing timely follow-up on all issues or concerns
• Act as liaison between operations and transportation to verify shipping/receiving documents are completed accurately and timely
• Partner with operations and transportation to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (if applicable)
• Communicate concerns and route reports to appropriate team members
• Provide ongoing training to team members as needed

Minimum Requirements (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Basic math skills may be required at some facilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers; English may be required
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear, may be required at some facilities
• May be required to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Abilityto work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
