Lineage Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments. You will plan driver assignments, confirm load details, and serve as the primary contact for delivery drivers in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will also verify product counts, log cash received, and ensure all shipping documents are accurate and filed in the system. A strong emphasis is placed on data integrity and effective communication with internal and external partners.

• Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Plan and direct driver assignments, check-ins, door assignments and check-outs after loading.
• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• Receive, count and log cash collected by carriers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure shipping/receiving documents are accurate and timely.
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in the system.
• Notify carriers and team members of pending, no-shows or unscheduled arrivals.
• Enter data into the WMS scheduler.

Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
