The Traffic and Revenue Manager for I‑77 Mobility Partners LLC, operator of the I‑77 Express Lanes in Charlotte, North Carolina, is responsible for overseeing the corridor’s day‑to‑day traffic and revenue performance with a focus on forecasting, dynamic pricing execution, and ongoing monitoring. This role combines applied analytics, sketch modeling, and strategic planning to deliver accurate, data‑driven insights into the express lanes’ operational and financial results. The manager evaluates travel‑pattern changes throughout the Charlotte region and ensures pricing strategies support both revenue objectives and overall corridor performance.

As the primary communicator of revenue results for I‑77 Mobility Partners LLC, the manager works closely with key stakeholders including NCDOT, rating agencies, lenders, and shareholders. The role oversees the full data lifecycle from processing and validating traffic and tolling data to producing clear and actionable performance reports.
