Your Primary Responsibilities will include
- Performing various engineering-related calculations and analyses to complete assigned projects.
- Collaborating with Project Managers on projects and client interaction.
- Keeping Project Manager informed of project and permitting progress.
- Scheduling, participating in, and documenting project and team meetings.
- Supporting internal and external client/stakeholder communication.
- Analyzing technical problems and devising new or improved techniques and solutions.
- Driving client and review agency coordination for small to mid-size transportation projects.
- Mentoring new Associates in project work, client development, and service standards.
- Ensuring timely and accurate submissions of project data and reports.
What you'll need
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with E.I. certification or an Associate’s Degree/Technical Certification in a related field.
Experience:
- 0 - 4 years of experience with public and private sector projects, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
Skills:
- Experience with Synchro/SimTraffic and HCS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of project management procedures.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Strong report writing and cost estimation abilities.
