Your Primary Responsibilities will include

• Performing various engineering-related calculations and analyses to complete assigned projects.
• Collaborating with Project Managers on projects and client interaction.
• Keeping Project Manager informed of project and permitting progress.
• Scheduling, participating in, and documenting project and team meetings.
• Supporting internal and external client/stakeholder communication.
• Analyzing technical problems and devising new or improved techniques and solutions.
• Driving client and review agency coordination for small to mid-size transportation projects.
• Mentoring new Associates in project work, client development, and service standards.
• Ensuring timely and accurate submissions of project data and reports.

What you'll need

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with E.I. certification or an Associate’s Degree/Technical Certification in a related field.

Experience:

• 0 - 4 years of experience with public and private sector projects, preferably in the A/E/C industry.

Skills:

• Experience with Synchro/SimTraffic and HCS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of project management procedures.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Strong report writing and cost estimation abilities.
