Job summary

The Systems Support Analyst – Evergy Energy Partners (EEP) will provide business systems support for front, middle, and back office trading operations across the organization. You will liaise between business users, portfolio leadership, and IT to ensure reliable systems, efficient processes, and actionable information.

Under the direction of the Manager, EEP Systems and Support, you will review processes, document changes, and deliver Level 1–2 support, training materials, and release notes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance, CS, IS, or engineering.
• Experience with trading, risk, or energy market systems preferred.
• Experience delivering application support and business analysis.
• Strong communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Document front, middle, and back office processes.
• Support trading, risk, scheduling, settlements, and reporting.
• Gather requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Manage configurations and testing with IT and vendors.
• Create and maintain training materials and release notes.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 end user support.
• Own test case lifecycle and validation.
