Job summary

TP ICAP Group in New York is seeking a Trading Systems Support specialist to monitor and support the COEX RV trading system across L1–L3. You will work with brokers, traders, and developers to ensure system reliability and performance in a fast-paced fixed income environment.

Responsibilities include tuning monitoring tools, handling data change requests, and contributing to in-house tooling. The role requires strong communication and coding exposure, with hybrid onsite work in NYC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Trading System Support experience.
• Trading Front End knowledge.
• Some coding experience and skillset.

It offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of fixed income markets, incorporating a developer component that allows candidates to enhance the systems and tools that support trading activities. The position requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of fixed income products, effective communication and the ability to work under pressure while navigating irregular working hours and collaborating closely with brokers and clients. Overall, this role provides a chance to develop expertise in a specialized area while contributing to a critical team in a hybrid work setting based in New York.The target clients are primarily Relative Value or Macro Hedge Funds involved in intra-day spreading. The desk employs low latency & high frequency infrastructure with an open-ended approach.
