Qualifications

• Experience in a market or technical support role.
• Strong understanding of trade flows and inter-dealing broking.

Responsibilities

• Provide market control and governance for TP ICAP’s electronic and voice offerings.
• Offer market support by investigating and escalating system issues to production support or developers.
• Assist client onboarding and support for market data, order routing, and post-trade services via FIX or APIs.
• Maintain static data for internal/external users across front and middle office systems.
