Job summary

Wefers is expanding its infrastructure team to design and enhance the core systems powering real-time trading platforms. You will focus on low-latency production infrastructure, building internal tools for deployment and operations, and advancing observability across critical systems.

The role emphasizes deep Linux expertise, Python-driven automation, and hands-on work with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability and scalability in high-availability environments.

Qualifications

• Strong Python experience focused on automation and infrastructure tooling.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems and production infrastructure.

This team is responsible for building and evolving the core infrastructure that powers trading across global markets, with a strong focus on scalability, automation, observability, and operational reliability. Engineers work closely with development and trading teams to ensure systems are performant, resilient, and efficient in highly demanding production environments.
