Job summary

Fintal Partners, a leading quantitative trading firm, is expanding its platform engineering team to support real-time production systems in a high-demand environment.

You will design and improve low-latency infrastructure, build tooling for deployment and automation, and strengthen observability and CI/CD pipelines across Linux-based platforms. Collaboration with engineering and trading teams is essential to maintain performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong Python experience focused on automation and infrastructure tooling.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems and production infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized platforms.
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and alerting ecosystems.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and ownership of infrastructure initiatives.

This team is responsible for building and evolving the core infrastructure that powers trading across global markets, with a strong focus on scalability, automation, observability, and operational reliability. Engineers work closely with development and trading teams to ensure systems are performant, resilient, and efficient in highly demanding production environments.
