Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. is seeking a Trading Support Consultant to empower financial professionals with WealthPort training and expert trading support.

This hybrid role supports Phoenix, AZ or Fairfield, IA, with in-office collaboration three days per week and virtual sessions as needed. You will deliver training, troubleshoot complex trading issues, and partner with tech teams to improve platform functionality.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE and Series 7 are required.
• Licensed professionals with trading knowledge and training experience.
• Experience supporting financial professionals and home office staff.
• Strong problem-solving and client-focused communication.

Responsibilities

• Support financial professionals and internal associates with questions related to WealthPort trading technology and workflows.
• Deliver virtual consultations and training sessions.
• Assist advisors in navigating portfolio rebalancing, trading tools, account management functionality, and platform best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex trading and access-related issues.
• Develop and maintain training resources, videos, job aids, and procedural documentation.
• Collaborate with technology teams and software vendors to improve platform functionality.
• Identify advisor pain points and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in testing, implementation, and communication of new features and enhancements.
• Contribute to a culture focused on exceptional service, continuous learning, and innovation.
