Job summary

Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. is seeking a Trading Support Consultant to apply trading know-how by delivering impactful training and supporting financial professionals and home office staff in mastering the WealthPort trading system.

Qualifications

FINRA SIE and Series 7 licensing.
Experience delivering training and support for financial technology.
Ability to troubleshoot trading and access-related issues.

Responsibilities

Support financial professionals and home office staff with WealthPort trading technology and workflows.
Deliver virtual consultations and training sessions.
Assist advisors with portfolio rebalancing, trading tools, and account management best practices.
Troubleshoot complex trading and access issues.
Develop and maintain training resources and procedural guides.
Collaborate with technology teams to improve platform functionality.
Identify advisor pain points and recommend process improvements.
Participate in testing and rollout of new features.
