Job summary

Cambridge is seeking a Trading Support Consultant to train financial professionals on the WealthPort trading system and provide ongoing support. You will work with home office staff to drive improvements and deliver valuable training experiences.

Responsibilities include virtual consultations, resolving trading workflow questions, and developing resources. Licensing includes SIE and Series 7; location is Phoenix or Fairfield with a hybrid in-office schedule.

Become a trading technology expert on Cambridge’s WealthPort Trading Support team. You’ll help financial professionals solve complex trading challenges, leverage technology more effectively, and grow their businesses through personalized support and training, while helping shape the continued evolution of the WealthPort platform.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

• Support financial professionals and internal associates with questions related to WealthPort trading technology and workflows.


• Deliver virtual consultations and training sessions.


• Assist advisors in navigating portfolio rebalancing, trading tools, account management functionality, and platform best practices.


• Troubleshoot complex trading and access-related issues.


• Develop and maintain training resources, videos, job aids, and procedural documentation.


• Collaborate with technology teams and software vendors to improve platform functionality.


• Identify advisor pain points and recommend process improvements.


• Participate in testing, implementation, and communication of new features and enhancements.
