Interns may contribute to commercial strategy, scheduling & operations, market analysis, analytics, or trading support, gaining exposure to trading-related careers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, Finance or related discipline.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support projects that improve commercial performance, supply & operations effectiveness, and value creation.
• Analyze market, commercial, supply & logistics, and financial information to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
• Assist in developing reports, dashboards, business analyses, models, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives involving commercial, scheduling, logistics, analytics, market analysis, and trading-related teams.
• Evaluate business scenarios and provide recommendations supported by data and analysis.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute innovative ideas and solutions to business challenges.
• Develop an understanding of how commercial, market, operations & scheduling, and analytical decisions affect overall business performance.
• Present findings and recommendations to project teams, business stakeholders, and leaders.
