Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end trade flow support across all product channels globally.
• Monitor ongoing support needs to address changes and gaps.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts while reducing risk across all touch-points in the trade path.
• Ensure accurate and timely escalation and resolution of all inquiries.
• Address ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and the front office.
• Facilitate training for new application users.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and operations to determine priorities, release schedules, and requirements for future enhancements.
