Qualifications

• At least 2 years of financial industry experience.

• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end trade flow support across all product channels globally.
• Monitor ongoing support needs to address changes and gaps.
• Drive continuous improvement while reducing risk across the trade path.
• Ensure the accurate and timely escalation and resolution of inquiries.
• Address ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and the front office.
• Facilitate training for new application users.
• Work with the business, technology, and operations to determine priorities and release plans for future enhancements.
