Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Product Manager II for our Trading team. You will own a major trading capability, spanning multi-asset order management, portfolio trading and rebalancing, and trade execution, balancing client needs with market structure and regulatory constraints.

You will define success metrics, drive go-to-market plans, and ensure operational readiness across trade desk, ops, and compliance, while collaborating with senior product leaders on long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Finance/IS or related field.
• 2-4 years of product management experience in technology settings; fintech, brokerage, or capital markets experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success managing the product lifecycle for a product or major capability.
• Experience defining product KPIs and ensuring operational readiness (support, documentation, training) and GTM coordination.
• Working knowledge of the trade lifecycle—order entry, routing, execution, clearing, and settlement.

Responsibilities

• Own a Trading product or major capability with a near- to mid-term roadmap and release plan.
• Lead discovery from fintech, broker-dealer, and advisory clients, order flow, and market signals into clear problems.
• Translate strategy into PRDs/epics across the order lifecycle and manage backlog across teams.
• Coordinate delivery with design, engineering, data, QA, and operations partners; manage dependencies.
• Define success metrics and dashboards; monitor adoption, latency, and reliability; drive improvements.
• Plan launches and go-to-market with marketing, sales, and relationship management; ensure client-facing docs and training.
• Prepare value cases and impact estimates for trading initiatives and track outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory and best execution considerations are reflected in product decisions; partner with compliance.
• Identify risks and dependencies early; drive mitigations for market hours readiness.
