Job summary

Cboe is seeking an Associate, Trade Desk in the United States. This entry-level role supports day-to-day oversight of multiple Cboe exchange platforms across equities, options, futures, and more.

You will learn market structure, platform operations, and customer support under senior staff guidance, reporting to the Trade Desk Manager. Responsibilities include monitoring system checks, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with data gathering using SQL and UNIX tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Business, Financial Services, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 0-2 years of professional experience; internship, coursework, or academic project experience in financial services or technology is a plus.
• FINRA SIE and Series 57 licenses, or ability to obtain within 8 months of service, required
• Basic familiarity with SQL or UNIX shell environments

Responsibilities

• Platform Monitoring & Operations: perform daily system checks and review audit logs under supervision.
• Monitor production and disaster recovery environments; escalate anomalies promptly.
• Support live updates to customers and internal teams regarding system and trading issues.
