Job summary

Holcim Trading & Shipping is seeking a Trading Operator in the Coral Gables/MIAMI area to execute trades from contract conclusion to cash collection. You will ensure seamless delivery, coordinate with customers, ship owners, brokers, and suppliers, and maintain data integrity across stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years in trading/shipping/logistics, a commercial degree, and fluency in English and Spanish. A hybrid work setup is offered with strong growth opportunities within Holcim.

Qualifications

• Commercial degree in international trading, shipping, logistics or similar education.
• 3–5 years of experience in trading, shipping, freight forwarding and supply chain logistics.
• Fluent English and Spanish; strong communication and cross-cultural skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute trades from contract conclusion to cash collection.
• Coordinate with customers, ship owners, brokers, suppliers for timely delivery.
• Maintain information flow integrity with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage risks under guidance of the Trading teams.
• Prepare reports for Team Leaders and Traders.
