Job summary

Anchorage Digital is seeking a Trading Operations professional to support the post-trade lifecycle of digital assets for institutional clients in the United States. You will ensure timely settlements and reconciliations, coordinating with traders, operations, compliance, and finance to strengthen risk controls.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in settlement for traditional and crypto assets, familiarity with crypto-native institutions, and strong problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience supporting the settlement activities of institutional clients in both traditional asset classes and crypto assets.
• Have experience with and understanding of crypto-native institutions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and agility, to identify emerging risks quickly, brainstorm solutions, and pivot when goals change.
• Able to work rotational weekend and holiday coverage

Responsibilities

• Support clients in their daily trading activities and post-trade lifecycle.
• Ensure timely settlements, reconciliations, and implementation of risk mitigations.
• Collaborate with traders, operations, compliance and finance to resolve settlement breaks.
• Develop and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of crypto tokens, protocols and custodial workflows.
