Susquehanna International Group, LLP is offering a Technical Business Analyst Co-op position in Bala Cynwyd. The role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and analytics, translating business requests into usable tools and reports.

You will work across global offices to support reconciliation tools and internal data systems. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle/MySQL/MariaDB) and programming (Python or VBA), plus knowledge of HTML.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building solutions in relational databases (Oracle/MySQL/MariaDB).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python or VBA.
• Experience with HTML and basic web technologies.
• Interest in financial markets and understanding business/tech needs.
• Experience in Trading Operations or Business Analysis is a plus.
• Strong analytical, time-management and communication skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between operations, development and technical teams to translate business requests into tools and reports.
• Support production and maintenance of daily, monthly, and annual reports used by leadership.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to improve controls and reduce risk.
• Help build internal systems for books and records and reconcile data from trading systems.
• Support adoption of universal calculation tools across locations.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as required.
