Our engineers work on low-latency programming, FPGA tech, hardware acceleration, and machine learning to maintain a world-class platform. This role includes early morning hours and close collaboration with traders and developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Experience with Python to support infrastructure is preferred.
• Good understanding of futures markets and trading technology.
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments and monitoring tools is expected.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English are required.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with quantitative traders and software developers to operate and supervise automated trading strategies.
• Monitoring production trading for risk and compliance issues and responding to unusual conditions.
• Troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day trading activity issues.
• Developing scripts and applications to automate and facilitate the trading system.
• Analyzing production trades and market data to improve trading strategies.
• Working an early morning schedule to align with market hours.
