Job summary

TLWM Financial in San Antonio, TX seeks a detail-oriented Trading Operations Assistant to support daily trading and portfolio activity, monitor trades, and maintain records with accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in trading support, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, a bachelor’s degree preferred, strong Excel and CRM skills, and a collaborative mindset to coordinate with traders, custodians, and advisors.

Qualifications

1–3 years in trading support or related role.
Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Knowledge of capital markets and trading processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide daily administrative and operational support for trading and portfolio activity.
Monitor trade activity, update records, and assist with reconciliations.
Assist with time-sensitive trading workflows and trade entry as authorized.
Provide trading desk coverage during periods of volatility or high volume.
Coordinate with senior trading staff, the investment team, wealth advisors, and custodians to resolve issues.
Support inbound/outbound client communications concerning distribution requests.
