Job summary

Optiver is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our trading operations team in New York. This role involves managing the full trade lifecycle for ETF and cash equities, as well as process improvement and automation efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in trade support within financial markets, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. Our competitive compensation package includes a base salary range of $110,000—$133,500 USD, health coverage, and extensive office perks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in trade support or operations within financial markets.
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle: booking, reconciliation, confirmation, and settlement.
• Excellent communication skills for daily interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full trade lifecycle for ETF/cash equities and options.
• Identify manual workflows and design improvements.
• Coordinate onboarding of new counterparties.
