Optiver is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our trading operations team in New York. This role involves managing the full trade lifecycle for ETF and cash equities, as well as process improvement and automation efforts.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in trade support within financial markets, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. Our competitive compensation package includes a base salary range of $110,000—$133,500 USD, health coverage, and extensive office perks.
The OES Operations team is critical to our trading business. We manage the processes that connect us to exchanges, counterparties, and internal teams — ensuring assets, information, and trades flow accurately and efficiently. As our desk expands into ETF and cash equities trading, we need a sharp, driven operations analyst to own critical workflows end-to-end while helping build the next generation of our operational infrastructure.
This role offers direct exposure to the fast-paced environment of front office trading. You will work alongside traders daily, supporting trading functions and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, external stakeholders, and clearing firms.
