Responsibilities

• Support trading floor systems, market data tools, and Excel-based models with high availability
• Own end-user computing, network reliability, and office infrastructure
• Lead IT support, mentor junior staff, and set escalation standards
• Manage MSP/vendor relationships and cybersecurity controls (MFA, endpoint protection, access management)
• Act as primary liaison between IT and trading/business teams
