Responsibilities

• Maintains a presence on the trading floor to monitor and document possible violations of Exchange Rules and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
• Develops thorough knowledge of CBOE’s regulatory environment and participates in training and meetings.
• Interacts with internal regulatory staff and external contacts (SROs, trading permit holders, SEC) and contributes to team projects.
• Builds understanding of the Exchanges’ regulatory environment, technologies, systems, processes and investigative techniques.
