Orion is seeking a Client Support Specialist - Trading & Cost Basis to assist advisors with trading workflows, data accuracy, and clear system behavior across Orion platforms.

You will own complex client scenarios from inquiry to resolution, collaborating with internal partners and delivering high-quality outcomes. This is a hybrid on-site role with opportunities to grow within Orion as we evolve our investment solutions.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of trading workflows and data dependencies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear and confident communication with advisors.
• Ability to manage multiple requests with accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for trading and data-related inquiries via calls, chats, and Salesforce cases.
• Investigate discrepancies in trading data, cost basis, tax lots, and history.
• Explain how data affects trading outcomes and reporting.
• Own complex client scenarios from inquiry to resolution with internal partners.
