Collier County Realty Corp seeks a dependable tradesworker helper to support plumbing and related mechanical tasks under supervision. You will assist with inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and installing water supply and sanitary systems, and help locate leaks and replace fixtures.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least five months of related experience, fingerprinting, and a valid Florida driver's license. On-call work and variable shifts may apply.
Performs general unskilled and semi-skilled work functions associated with assisting upper-level Tradesworker with routine maintenance and construction work in one or more trade areas, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC/mechanical.
Essential Employees may be required to work during an undeclared emergency and/or declared emergency. On an incident-by-incident basis, the County's Administrative Office will make the determination as to who will be required to work.
