Job summary

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, LLC is seeking a skilled residential plumber to join our Sherman, TX team. You will install drain/waste piping under homes/slabs, reroute plumbing overhead, and install water heaters or filtration systems.

You must keep truck stock organized and communicate clearly with customers and team. We offer a family-friendly atmosphere, ongoing training, a high hourly rate with bonus opportunities, health and dental coverage, paid holidays, PTO, and year-round work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years residential plumbing experience.
• Texas Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master License required.
• Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision.
• Great people and communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Must submit to drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Install drain/waste piping under homes/slabs and reroute plumbing overhead.
• Install water heaters (tankless or tank) and water filtration systems.
• Maintain truck materials and keep the vehicle clean and organized.
