The ideal candidate will install plumbing systems in commercial new construction projects, read blueprints, and work independently while upholding high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

The role requires a Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing License with at least 2 years in the trade, strong knowledge of local codes, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Licensed plumber (Tradesman or Journeyman).
• Minimum 2 years in trades.
• Experience in commercial new construction plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial plumbing systems, including water, sewer, and gas lines.
• Install fixtures, drains, piping, and plumbing equipment per plans and specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specs.
• Perform rough-in and finish plumbing installations.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and company safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on-site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Applicants

Pay based on experience

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
