Job summary

Climate Pros, LLC in Texas seeks a Refrigeration Service Technician who will perform journeyman-level maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration systems in supermarkets, display cases, and walk-ins. The role is independent, serving as a representative of Climate Pros.

You will handle routine maintenance, leak detection, and service calls with focus on safety, accuracy, and 100% customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Certification required.
• 5+ years of supermarket refrigeration/freezer experience.
• Experience with Novar, CPC, Danfoss Energy Management Controls, and Rack Refrigeration.
• Must be a team player with integrity and a safety-first mindset.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and care.
• Provide timely and quality repairs.
• Provide detailed notes and pictures in all dispatches assigned.
• Follow company policy on all check-in and check-out procedures with all customers.
• Keep a clean, organized truck.

Job Summary

The Refrigeration Service Technician will enjoy working independently as a representative of Climate Pros. performing journeyman-level work in the maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of refrigeration electrical, mechanical, and microprocessor control systems commonly installed in supermarkets and single systems, parallel racks systems, display cases, and walk-in boxes. The technician will perform prescribed, routine maintenance, leak detection procedures, and service calls resulting in 100% customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service.


• Maintain high-quality customer service and care.


• Provide timely and quality repairs.
