Job Responsibilities

Performs maintenance and repair of interior and exterior ofbuildings. Completes general trade work; Replaces and repairsceiling tiles, lights and light fixtures, test and repair emergencylighting and exit signs, clocks, door locks; Installs whiteboards,bulletin boards, and other college needed items. Performs complexinstallation, maintenance or repairs of plumbing fixtures, such aswater fountains, lavatories, and commodes. Replaces and repairsceiling tiles, lights, and changes batteries in clocks. Rearrangesand moves office furniture and performs office renovations asneeded. Performs A/C coil cleanings and filter replacement onindoor and outdoor equipment in accordance with the college's PMschedule. Complete building inspections as required, and documentall findings and repairs. Mows lawns, trims shrubs, and hedges;edge walks and curbs. Picks up trash on grounds and in parkinglots. Weeds plants and flower beds. Maintains and performspreventative maintenance on grounds keeping equipment and collegevehicles.
