What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and coordinate the Contractor hiring-cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and service levels
- Answer contractor inquiries regarding home warranty procedures and policies
- Make outbound calls to contractors to market and sell the benefits of joining the contractor network
- Track and ensure compliance with state license requirements for contractors
- Assist in training new employees on procurement processes and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Solid background and comprehensive understanding of sales
- Ability to confidently initiate phone calls and engage in meaningful conversations
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Home Warranty or real estate experience desirable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in contractor relations or recruitment within the home warranty or real estate industry
- Strong negotiation skills to work with contractors on pricing
- Familiarity with online contractor portals and documentation processes
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with contractors
