Responsibilities

• Diagnose, overhaul and repair multiple vehicle systems (electrical, brake, fuel, A/C, etc.) on autos, trucks, street sweepers and related equipment.
• Perform final tune-ups and inventory fill for fuel tanks and oil drums.
• Trace defects with test equipment and determine repairs with minimal guidance.
• Connect and adjust fuel, hydraulic, oil and electrical systems; gather manuals as needed, enforcing safety procedures.
• Tear down and rebuild components and assemblies; rebuild front end as required.
• Align and connect repaired units with related mechanisms (engine, transmission, clutch).
