Russell Investments in Seattle seeks an associate to join the fixed-income trading team, focusing on global markets and best execution. You will execute orders for Russell Funds, Trading Clients, Transition Management Clients, and Investment Managers, under guidance from senior staff.
Candidates should have 2–5 years fixed-income experience, be or be near SIE/Series licenses, and possess strong Excel/SQL skills. CFA is a plus.
Salary Range: $120,000 USD - $140,000 USD Specific compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This is an opportunity for you to join the fixed-income trading team in Seattle. You will work with a specific focus on global Fixed Income Markets and support the trading team, as needed. In this role, you will be a key member of a team responsible for executing global Fixed Income orders for the Russell Funds, Trading Clients, Transition Management Clients, and Investment Managers. This associate will be responsible for executing trading strategies that conform to Russell Investment's best execution guidelines, with oversight and guidance from senior members of the global fixed income trading team, as well as other regional teams and asset classes. This person will analyze trading against best execution through demonstrable pre-trade and post-trade analysis, our trading capabilities in terms of markets and execution venues, and our overall product offering.
