Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct trademark experience, with a focus on clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
• Admission to or eligibility for admission in California or New York.

Responsibilities

• Conduct U.S. and global trademark clearance searches and evaluations.
• Draft identification of goods/services and prepare office action responses.
• Counsel clients on Madrid Protocol filings and provide enforcement support.
• Draft trademark, copyright, and NIL licenses and assignments.
• Assist with corporate transactions and provide diligence support related to trademarks.
