Qualifications

• 1-3 years of U.S. and foreign trademark counseling, clearance, and prosecution experience.
• Experience reviewing clearance searches and preparing substantive responses to PTO office actions.
• Previous experience in enforcement matters, including cease and desist letters, domain name disputes, UDRP actions, and TTAB proceedings.
• Experience in copyright law.
• Active state bar membership and compliance with CLE requirements.
• Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.

• Handle licensing and advertising matters related to trademarks and social media platforms.
