The role requires leadership, process improvement, and experience in docketing or practice management systems. The position supports a hybrid work model across U.S. offices and travel quarterly as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Trademark Paralegals and supervise team performance and workflow.
• Manage billable targets and productivity metrics for the team.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Directly manage Transfer Specialist and Practice Assistants and workflows.
• Develop manuals and documentation; drive process improvements.
