Job summary

Fenwick & West seeks a Trademark Operations Manager to lead administrative and operational functions of the trademark practice. This role supervises paralegals and support staff, optimizes workflows, and partners with attorneys to meet business objectives.

Hybrid work arrangement with travel to offices as needed. Ideal candidate has 6+ years in trademark prosecution operations, including 3–4 years in leadership, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in trademark prosecution operations, with 3–4 years in a leadership capacity.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience with trademark docketing and practice management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of Trademark Paralegals and staff.
• Manage billable targets and productivity metrics.
• Lead onboarding, training, and professional development for staff.
• Oversee Trademark Transfer Specialist and Practice Assistants.
• Develop and maintain procedural manuals and workflows.
• Communicate updates and provide training on changes.
