Job summary

H&P Executive Search is assisting a long-standing client in strengthening its US Legal team with a Trademark Licensing Attorney in New York City. This is a five-day-per-week, on-site position.

Ideal candidates have 3–10 years in intellectual property law, with strong experience in trademark licensing, drafting and negotiating trademark licence agreements, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. International experience is a plus; relocation assistance is not available.

A long-standing H&P client in the US is looking to further strengthen its Legal team with the addition of a Trademark Licensing Attorney.

The team is widely regarded as one of the best in the market, comprising attorneys from leading Am Law 100 firms who advise on some of the most high-profile and innovative trademark licensing matters globally.

Please note: This is a five-day-per-week, on-site position.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3–10 years' experience in intellectual property law.
• Strong experience advising on trademark licensing and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating trademark licence agreements.
• The ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines.
• International experience is advantageous, but not essential.
• Be based in New York City or willing to relocate independently (relocation assistance is not available).
