Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in trademark and copyright counseling and litigation.
• Experience with trademark clearance, prosecution strategy, and portfolio management.
• Familiarity with intellectual property provisions in commercial transactions.
• Background from a nationally recognized law school preferred.
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
