• California bar is preferred.

Our client is a top Am law 100 firm, seeking a Trademark Associate at the 2nd to 3rd year level for its Trademark & Copyright group in San Francisco or Silicon Valley. The salary for this position is between $225k to $240k.

• Experience counseling clients on trademark selection, use, and protection strategies and assisting with trademark disputes and brand protection matters.
