Job description

Munck Wilson Mandala is looking to add an associate attorney to its trademark and copyright intellectual property practice in its Uptown Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience with trademark clearance, registration, maintenance, monitoring, prosecution (including the preparation of substantive responses to USPTO office actions), enforcement (including preparing and responding to cease and desist letters) and litigation. Global portfolio experience is preferred. Experience with intellectual property agreements, UDRP actions, TTAB proceedings, and matters related to the use of trademarks on social media platforms is required. Copyright law experience is also a plus. Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
