BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Trademark Attorney to join its intellectual property practice in Dallas, TX. The successful candidate will contribute to a dynamic team handling trademark and copyright matters.

The role includes clearance, registration, maintenance, and responses to USPTO actions, with opportunities in enforcement, TTAB proceedings, and global portfolio management inside IP agreements and UDRP actions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of trademark experience required.
• Experience with IP agreements and related proceedings is a plus.
• Global portfolio experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trademark clearance, registration, and maintenance.
• Prepare responses to USPTO office actions and monitor applications.
• Draft cease and desist letters and manage enforcement actions.
• Engage in litigation and global portfolio management.
• Handle IP agreements and UDRP actions.
• Participate in TTAB proceedings and manage trademark use on social media.
