BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mid-Level Trademark Associate for our Raleigh, NC office. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of U.S.

and international trademark prosecution and enforcement experience and a Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school. You will conduct clearance searches, manage worldwide prosecution matters, support enforcement actions, and collaborate with a team to advance the firm's Brand Protection practice while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining

• At least three years of U.S. and international trademark prosecution and enforcement experience.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
