BakerHostetler LLP's Intellectual Property practice seeks a Trademark associate with 4-7 years of experience to handle global brand protection, counseling, prosecution, clearance, licensing, and enforcement across jurisdictions. You will manage complex U.S. and international portfolios, advise on strategy, and work on sophisticated matters with mentorship from industry leaders.

Ideal candidates will have a J.D. and be admitted to practice in the state of residence.

BakerHostetler is seeking a Trademark associate to join its nationally recognized Intellectual Property practice group. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of trademark experience, including experience in global brand protection, trademark counseling, trademark prosecution, trademark clearance, licensing, and enforcement, including cease and desist letters, notice-and-takedown procedures, TTAB actions, foreign oppositions, UDRP disputes, and federal litigation. The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to manage complex U.S. and global trademark portfolios.

For Denver, the expected annual salary range for this position is $260,000 – $315,000.

For Chicago, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington D.C., the expected annual salary range for this position is $285,000 – $370,000.
