Job summary

GLAS is an international provider of institutional debt administration services, with a Jacksonville, FL location offering hybrid working. The Client Services Analyst role supports primary and secondary loan market trades, settlement coordination, and data integrity across loan platforms.

The team handles reporting, audits, and risk controls in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication, and excellent time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of primary and secondary loan market trades.
• Coordinate the trade settlement process with counterparties, operations, and settlement teams.
• Review trade documentation and agreements for accuracy.
• Input trades into the Solvas loan platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Utilize the ClearPar trading platform and Excel-based reporting tools.
• Assist with the preparation of weekly MIS reports.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from the trading team and senior management.
• Deal with audit requests in a timely and accurate manner.
