Novo Nordisk in the United States invites an experienced Associate Director, Trade & Tariffs, to shape the enterprise's response to evolving U.S. trade, tariff, customs and cross-border challenges.

You will advise senior leadership, partner with Corporate Tax, Supply Chain, Legal, Public Affairs, Finance and IT, lead high‑impact initiatives, and drive governance, risk management and continuous improvement in a rapidly changing regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate trade, tariffs, or related fields with progression.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma/biotech) preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on trade and tariff matters affecting supply chain, sourcing, and manufacturing.
• Lead high-impact trade initiatives with U.S. and global scope.
• Shape strategies aligning regulatory requirements with business objectives.
• Governance, risk management and continuous improvement in trade capabilities.
• Monitor evolving trade developments and provide timely executive insights.
